Geelong 70.3 results; Monday's Seminar is, "Baseline Testing for Endurance Athletes"; Continued Review of Road vs Tri vs E-Bike; AAA Sign Co. Finished Our Stairway.

Weekend Race Report:
Hannah Wells and Josh Amberger won Geelong 70.3 in Australia this past weekend. Hannah has spent some time training in Boise last year and continues to have a breakout 2019 and 2020 season. Maybe even more impressive is ~48year old Craig Alexander taking 6th place overall with a 1hr 13min run.

Events We're Looking Forward To:
I feel last week's seminar on "Heart Rate Training for Endurance Athletes" was our best one yet. Thank you to everyone who attended.

We continue our seminar series tonight with "Baseline Testing for Endurance Athletes" Join us at 5:30pm tonight at the shop for another free seminar and informative evening. Please RSVP [email protected].

You can find our full Spring Seminar and Event Schedule here.

Training Thoughts and Updates:
We've received great feedback regarding our "Road Bike vs Tri Bike vs E-Bike" article. In particular, it seems like people are interested learning more about our field test results. With that in mind I'm committed to testing a variety of variables on both the road and triathlon bike this season, and will post the results here throughout the year.

Gear That Caught Our Attention:
Gold wheels. Because.... just because.

Popular Social Post:
AAA Sign Company recently finished a beautiful mural in our shop's staircase. This project was a fun opportunity to blend concepts of retail flow, artistic design, and business branding.

Quote that Struck a Chord:
"If you wait until you're ready, you'll be waiting the rest of your life."

Have a great week!
