SHIPPING AND RATES
We ship world wide. And all payment methods are accepted for USA and Canadian orders. For all international orders, we only accept PayPal as a payment method. For any shipping questions please call us at 208-297-7943.
We offer free shipping on domestic (US) transactions above $100. Bicycles listed on sale (below MSRP) are excluded from this offer and are shipped at the calculated rate.
All international orders are excluded from free shipping, regardless of price. Price is calculated per item.
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, just send it back (or stop on by the store) for an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. If mailing a return, please include a short note explaining why the product did not meet your needs. We do not refund products that were sold on sale (below MSRP), but in-store credit or an exchange are accepted.
With that said, there are few things we do not return for health or safety reasons:
- used cycling/tri shorts/shoes/helmets
- nutrition products
- any product that has been user-altered
If we mis-shipped an item we will cover the return shipping fees by emailing you a shipping return label.
We sell some of the highest quality triathlon gear on the planet, but sometimes bad things happen to good gear. If you feel like a product you purchased from us has a warranty issue, please contact us so we can make it right. Most of the product we sell comes with an extended manufacturer warranty. Please check the individual item for full warranty details.

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-4business days. International orders may vary depending upon a country's processing time through customs.
In-store pickups are available immediately (we only sell product we actually have in-stock).
We ship all domestic and international small parts orders placed before 12pm the same day. All small parts orders placed after 12pm will be shipped no later than the next business day. Bicycle orders need an additional business day to process. International bicycle orders take approximately 5 business days to generate the appropriate labels for shipping.
We will email you a tracking number (either USPS or FedEX) when we your product has shipped.
To protect your purchase we insure all packages. This protects you in the event a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. We will handle all insurance claims on your behalf, but keep in mind the shipping company pays all claims and may take up to 120 days to process refunds.
We take every reasonable step to protect your item when shipping, but damage from shipping and handling can still occur. Should a package arrive damaged please contact us immediately to start a claim with the shipping company. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all damage claims are paid by the shipping company and not by Tri Town. Therefore, refunds may take up to 180 days to process.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your orders will be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. -never a PO Box) or you can pickup your purchase at Tri Town.
IN-STORE PICKUP PROCESS
If you have chosen in-store pickup, your item will be pulled from our shelves and stored for you in our Customer Service Department. Please bring your order confirmation number and identification. If you place your online order the same day you intend to pickup your item, please call us at 208-297-7943 so we can make sure your item is ready for pickup when you arrive.
