Zwift rides, a 90 year old cyclist.

Hi all,

Merry Christmas! I hope you have enjoyed the holiday season and are spending time with friends and family. Today's newsletter is short and sweet...

Training thoughts and updates:

Ride with Tri Town on Zwift. Tri Town Coach Ricardo Valverde will be leading club rides on Zwift on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. There is no charge (other than a Zwift membership), and all abilities are welcome to join these "no drop" workout.

Shop Ops:

- We are closed today. We open at 10am tomorrow.

- We will be closed on Monday, January 1st for New Years.
