Here is your weekly TT Times update:

Weekend Race Report-

- Our Australian and Kiwi transplants Kate Bevilaqua and Guy Crawford are one week into a month long tour of Asia- complete with multiple races and a training camp. They toed the line at 70.3 Quijing in China yesterday and both finished 2nd overall. Congrats to both!
- Callum Millward of awkward cupcake fame won 70.3 Boulder in a sprint finish over Ben Hoffman. At one point the mens pro race had the top 3 men running shoulder to shoulder with less than 4 miles to go in the race. The women's race was dominated by Ellie Salthouse who posted an amazing 4hr 3min finishing time. Congrats to all the locals who made the trip to Boulder to compete.
- Daniella Ryf continues to dominate the top of the women's professional field with a 3:57:58 finishing time at 70.3 Poland. The craziest thing is not just her finishing time, but she beat the second place finisher by over 20min. The second place finisher?.... Miranda Carfrae.

Events We're Looking Forward To-

- Age Group Nationals is next weekend in Cleveland, Ohio with over 5,000 athletes registered to compete in the sprint and olympic distance events. Quite a few locals will be representing Idaho. Good luck to all!

Training Thoughts and Updates-

- Interesting article on wind resistance in the pro peloton.
- Boise High School brick session starts this morning at 7am. Bring your bike, bike trainer, and running shoes if you want to join us for this challenging 2hr session. Swim this evening at 6pm at Veterans Pond. Check out our workout calendar for details on all our sessions.

Shop Ops-
We are closing at 5:30pm on Wednesday so our staff can make the showing of "We Are Triathletes". Tickets are still available if you want to join us!

Popular Social Post-
By no means the safest thing I've seen, but I have to give a hat tip to the CrossFit games for getting these athletes on bikes for a 10 lap criterium. Skip to 38min for the women's race, and 1hr 34min for the men's race.

Quote that Struck a Chord-
"Grit is sticking with your future, day in, day out; not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years — and working really hard to make that future a reality." -Angela Duckworth

If you have a few moments to spare-
You'll never look at juggling the same.

Have a great week!
