I was the kind of person who thought I could throw a bunch of workouts I found from the internet into a week of training and be good to go...After two year of this I caved and signed up for coaching. The TriTown coaches helped me develop a plan for my season and the weekly workouts don't leave any questions as to what I need to do. They take in all the factors in your life and work with busy schedules. Highly recommend at least meeting with these folks to see if they are a right for you. For me, the answer was yes.
