One of the most common questions we receive on the coaching side of our business concerns sports nutrition. With Boise 70.3 on the calendar for 2025, we reached out to dietitian and former professional triathlete Erin Green and asked her to help us navigate fueling for the 70.3 distance, bust some sports nutrition myths, and help establish a nutrition foundation for athletes new to half-ironman racing.
Join us on the evening of October 28th for this one-hour seminar with one of the most practical and engaging sports professionals in the Boise community.

Born and raised on a farm in rural Idaho, Erin developed an early love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. After completing her first triathlon in 2005, Erin quickly progressed to half-Ironman races, eventually qualifying for the 70.3 World Championships and earning her professional card in 2012. As a registered dietitian, Erin's no-BS approach to nutrition focuses on building a healthy, balanced, and flexible relationship with food that makes healthy eating achievable for any budget or life schedule.
