Our Shimano 12-speed Di2 triathlon upgrade kit includes all the parts required to take a stock, mechanical 12-speed Cervelo P-Series triathlon bike and upgrade it to electric shifting. The kit includes the Riderever button covers that integrate with the stock hydraulic brakes found on all 2025 Cervelo P-Series bikes as well as many of the 2024 models. Also included is the Cervelo specific Di2 battery sleeve (not shown in images).
The kit is offered in Shimano 105 and Ultegra level configurations. The only difference between the two component packages is the derailleurs.
