Flat Tire and Repair Clinic:

Learn the basics of flat tire repair in this 1 hour class presented by your mechanics at Tri Town Bicycles. Offered throughout the season, our professional mechanics take you step-by-step through the entire process of fixing flats and getting back on the road or trail. 

We will discuss and practice the following during the class:

• Differences between standard clincher, tubeless, and tubeless straight wall rims.
• How to inspect a tire for wear/tear. 
• Easy ways to remove and install both front and rear wheels on rim brake and disc brake bikes. 
• Easy tire removal and installation.
• Pressure recommendation based on tire type.
• When and how to use tire sealants. 
• Tools and equipment needed to change a flat on your own. 

This is a hands-on clinic: you're welcome to bring your own bike or use one of ours. We provide all other necessary tools and equipment. 

Class Size:

6 participants, with 1-2 instructors. Please register early to reserve your place in class.

Time/Duration: 

Clinics start at 5:30pm and runs until 6:30pm.

Full refund with 48 hour notice. With less than 48 hour notice your clinic fee is applied as store credit.
