The N03A-RF pads use a resin (organic) compound and come with heat-dissipating fins on an alloy backing plate. They are compatible with several of Shimano’s modern 4-piston MTB disc brake calipers — notably XTR BR-M9120, Deore XT BR-M8120, and SLX BR-M7120.
