We offer worldwide shipping, accepting all payment methods for orders within the USA and Canada. However, for international orders, we exclusively accept PayPal as the payment method. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 208-297-7943.

Please note that bicycles are not eligible for our free shipping offer.

While all parts priced above $100 enjoy complimentary shipping within the domestic USA, international orders are excluded from free shipping, with shipping costs calculated on a per-item basis regardless of the total order amount.



We aim for your complete satisfaction with our products, and if, for any reason, you're not entirely pleased with your purchase within 30 days, feel free to return it to us (or visit our store) for a hassle-free exchange or refund. When mailing a return, kindly include a brief note detailing why the product didn't meet your expectations. Please note that we do not offer refunds for products purchased on sale (below MSRP).

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used cycling/tri shorts, shoes, and helmets
  • Nutrition products
  • Any product that has been user-altered

If we mistakenly shipped the wrong item, we'll take care of the return shipping fees by providing you with a return label via email. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of our return policy.


A 10% restocking fee applies to returned bicycles that fall outside the warranty or are not the fault of Tri Town Bicycles. We kindly request that you refrain from purchasing a bicycle if you do not intend to keep it. All new merchandise sold by Tri Town Bicycles comes with the complete and original manufacturer's warranty. To determine coverage under the manufacturer's warranty, all warranty items must undergo inspection by Tri Town Bicycles and/or the item's manufacturer. Please note that the validity of a warranty is solely determined by the product's manufacturer, and Tri Town Bicycles is not involved in the decision-making or resolution process for warranty claims. The manufacturer has discretion over whether the product is replaced, repaired, or if the warranty claim is denied. For specific warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer's website.

Items returned for warranty consideration will not incur any processing charges. However, the sender is responsible for the shipping charges required to return a warranty claim item to Tri Town Bicycles. Subsequent fees for returning the item(s) to its manufacturer and back to Tri Town Bicycles will be covered by Tri Town Bicycles. Repaired or replaced warranty items are shipped to the original shipping address on file for the initial order. Additional shipping fees may apply for returning a warranty claim item to the owner. We appreciate your understanding of our warranty process.

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-4business days. International orders may vary depending upon a country's processing time through customs. 

In-store pickups are available immediately (we only sell product we actually have in-stock). 


Orders for parts are packaged and shipped within 24 business hours of an order being placed. International orders ship within 48 hours. Bicycle orders need an additional business day to process, typically shipping within 48 hours. International bicycle orders take approximately 5 business days to generate the appropriate labels for shipping. 


We will email you a tracking number (either USPS, UPS, or FedEX) when we your product has shipped.


To protect your purchase we insure all packages. This protects you in the event a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.  We will handle all insurance claims on your behalf, but keep in mind the shipping company pays all claims and may take up to 120 days to process refunds.


We take every reasonable step to protect your item when shipping, but damage from shipping and handling can still occur. Should a package arrive damaged please contact us immediately to start a claim with the shipping company. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all damage claims are paid by the shipping company and not by Tri Town. Therefore, refunds may take up to 180 days to process.


Your orders will be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. -never a PO Box) or you can pickup your purchase at Tri Town.


If you have chosen in-store pickup, your item will be pulled from our shelves and stored for you in our Customer Service Department. Please bring your order confirmation number and identification. If you place your online order the same day you intend to pickup your item, please call us at 208-297-7943 so we can make sure your item is ready for pickup when you arrive.
