The Cervelo P5 Disc EX10 Speed Riser Conversion kit is all the parts you need to convert your stock Cervelo P5 Disc aerobar into a tilt-adjustable cockpit. The aerobars can be set to 0, 5, 10, or 15 degrees rise.

What's Included:

• The kit includes 4 parts (these parts can be purchased individually if you like): monoriser post; extension and pad mount; tilt adjust plate; aerobar bottle mount.
• Aerobar extensions are NOT INCLUDED. We like the Zipp Vuka Alumina Extensions with 110mm rise.
• You will most likely be able to install the conversion kit with no additional Shimano Di2 parts.
