"Club Workouts" are all coached session and are available to Club Members (please contact us if you want to try the club out and join us for a few free club workouts for free). The Club workout schedule is updated monthly and will become more populated as we head out of the off-season. Tri Town "Community Workouts" are free and designed as self-paced workouts.
