> What we look for in a Bicycle Mechanic

  • Positive mindset, attitude, and demeanor is a must.
  • 4 years (minimum) mechanic experience.
  • Great communication skills with both customers and management.
  • Extensive knowledge of road/triathlon bike models, components, and brands.  
  • Ability to quickly determine mechanic issue and accurately provide repair quote. 
  • Ability to document mechanical work and properly update service/labor tickets.
  • Ability to consistently produce high quality work.
  • Attention to organization, detail, cleanliness, and a focus on process improvement.
  • Comfort working with deadlines.
  • Pay dependent upon experience.

> What we look for in a Sales Associate

  • Positive mindset, attitude, and demeanor is a must.
  • 2 years (minimum) retail sales experience, preferably in sporting goods retail.  
  • Great communication skills with both customers and management.
  • Strong computer skills, experience with inventory management systems a plus.
  • Internet/web savvy.
  • Ability to process online orders, including packing and shipping.
  • Attention to organization, detail, and a focus on process improvement.
  • Pay dependent upon experience.

> What we look for in an Assistant Triathlon Coach

  • Positive mindset, attitude, and demeanor is a must.
  • Fantastic communication skills. 
  • Patience and the ability to motivate.
  • 3+ years of triathlon racing experience a plus, but not required.  
  • USAT Coaching Certification a plus, but not required.  
  • Good understanding of standard periodization training principles. 
  • Pay dependent upon experience, includes commission based on participation.
