We take a lot of pride in our work, and strive to provide best-in-class service and products.  And in the rare instance you find yourself in trouble right before your big event or race, we’ll take heroic measures to help solve the problem.  

Most of the time heroics are not needed, and we hope you give us the opportunity to rectify a problem if you are not 100% satisfied with a service or product you purchased from TriTown.  We will always work with you to make a problem right.

We understand that you have a lot of options when deciding where to spend your hard earned cash, and we feel that once you see our selection, meet our staff, and see how passionate we are about triathlon your choice will be easy.  To help make that choice even easier, we provide a pretty impressive selection of add-on services as part of your triathlon purchase:  

Bicycle Purchase:

  • Lifetime free service adjustments to brakes, derailleurs, headset, and wheels so long as you own the bicycle.
  • At the end of the 1 year warranty period your drivetrain will be degreased and overhauled along with new cables, housing, and bar tape installed ($150 value)
  • All rights to manufacturer warranty (per manufacturer policy).  
  • Performance Bike Fit is included with your bike purchase ($150 value).
  • Full access to our online training log and triathlon training forum.

General Service:

  • 30-day Service Warranty on bicycle tune up or adjustment.
