Our Mobility for Endurance Athletes clinic is lead by strength and nutrition specialist Brad Mitchell. During this two-part clinic, Coach Brad will take you from the ground up, focusing on problem areas for the endurance athlete and address the typical loss of range of motion that comes with years of endurance sports training. Many endurance athletes are plenty fit aerobically, but struggle with balance, posture, change of direction, and simply being/feeling athletic. This clinic will explain why this happens and provide simple and effective techniques for addressing these issues.
