'Quest for the Capitol' Training Swims
Quest for the Capitol Triathlon is just around the corner, and with this popular local race back at Quinn's (Clocktower) Pond we have partnered up with the Race Directors to host a group swim at 9am this Saturday, June 21st at the pond to help athletes prepare for the race. Just show up and we'll have the race buoys setup and a basic workout plan prepared for you. Wetsuits may not be needed, but it's never a bad idea to bring them just in case.
Additionally, it's not to late to register for the race, but the deadline is fast approaching!  See you soon and happy training!

Y Not Tri July 12th at Quinn's

The YMCA Y Not Tri is one of our favorites, and as the name implies it really is a race that everyone should do either as a great tune-up race or for fun with a family member or friend. For this year the race has been moved to Quinn's (Clocktower) Pond and will take advantage of the new Whitewater Park Boulevard. With a 'no wetsuit needed swim' and 3 course distance options, there is no better way to start your Saturday!
Emmett Triathlon Clinic, 7/19/14

The Emmett triathlon is a local favorite, and race day on August 9th will be here before you know it. To help prepare you for the event we've teamed up with the Boise Aeros to put on a Emmett-specific tri clinic on Saturday, July 19th from 9am-1pm. Our triathlon experts along with the Race Director will take participants through the key elements of the race including T1, T2, run course, bike course and swim course. The clinic will start at T2 in Downtown Emmett at 9am. More details to come as we approach the clinic date.

Boise 70.3 Results and Picture Gallery

The 2014 edition of the Boise 70.3 greeted the sold-out field with ideal racing temps and a new finish line venue in Julia Davis Park. Approximately 1800 athletes started the race and we did the best we could to capture the action and post to our
Facebook Gallery. There were lots of athletes racing in TriTown kits and they must have raced strong as TriTown came home with the 1st Place Club Trophy! Thank you to all the racers who continue to show us such great support, we love training, racing, and working with you! X
